AI Training for Product Owners: AI for agile teams and organizations

The trainers' high level of flexibility is particularly noteworthy, as it made it much easier to get started with the topic of AI. The goal was to provide an overview of the world of AI, and that was achieved: I learned a lot and, above all, I now have a good understanding of what is currently important for my everyday work and what is not.

The course was extremely helpful and practical. Despite already using AI, I lacked a clear understanding of how AI can be meaningfully applied in the daily work of a Product Owner, for example, to better derive insights or to implement them more efficiently in daily tasks. Now, even my friends regularly ask me for my perspective and recommendations on AI.

The workshop offered me great added value. We started at a high level, and the participants and their individual questions were addressed very well. Since then, my work with Microsoft Copilot has become significantly more efficient. The deeper understanding of prompting and communication with AI was particularly valuable. As a result, I have been able to noticeably and sustainably increase my productivity.

A workshop that truly stuck in my memory: individual, practical, interactive and absolutely solution-oriented. No standard slides, but real work on my own use cases. The additional coaching afterwards was a real added value.
