Our seminar offerings at PromptingBirds stand out due to our specialized Training Concept. We understand the diversity and uniqueness of the challenges each participant faces in their daily work with AI Tools and Frameworks. That’s why we offer a mix of general and specialized training, complemented by a focus on individual use cases. This approach allows us to address the specific needs and scenarios of each individual.
Our online trainings are designed to impart broad knowledge as well as to explore individual use cases in breakout rooms with specialists. In our group seminars, which are intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 participants, we place great emphasis on providing individual care to each participant and addressing their personal challenges and use cases. This personalized seminar concept requires experts, which is why we rely on specialized and experienced trainers in the PromptingBirds team.
In a rapidly spinning technological work world, further fueled by artificial intelligence, superficial knowledge of AI tools is no longer sufficient. It’s about deeply understanding and internalizing the application and possibilities of prompting so that eventually you can automatically respond to new situations in everyday life.
Therefore, in addition to our personal on-site and in-house training concept, we accompany the introduction of AI Tools and Frameworks with weekly individual and group coaching sessions, in which individual challenges and experiences can be directly addressed and discussed.
Our formats “Prompt of the Week & AI News Channel” further support this approach and encourage continuous engagement with AI tools, prompting, and Microsoft 365 Copilot. This makes it ultimately possible to keep an overview of the rapidly growing AI universe and its possibilities. Our goal: To make the creative and effective application in everyday life, as well as the integration of function updates, become a natural and instinctive ability.
Many of our customers wonder how they can sustainably and successfully manage the AI transformation process in their company or within their teams. Our AI training for executives addresses this question directly. In addition to an AI expert, this training concept also provides expertise in the associated change management.
Furthermore, we employ the “Train the Trainer” approach to ensure that knowledge about AI tools is deeply rooted and widely disseminated throughout the company. In this process, individual participants are not only trained and provided with training materials but also empowered to share their acquired knowledge within the company. This promotes not only a broader dissemination of expertise but also strengthens the internal competency and accountability of employees.
