AI tools have arrived in German companies — but actual usage lags far behind availability.
Structured, role-specific training concepts that go beyond a product demo are the exception.
An effective AI training concept is not a seminar catalog. It is a methodical framework that empowers employees at different levels: from practical application skills in everyday work to strategic understanding at the management level — regardless of whether the primary AI tool is Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude or an in-house solution.
This page describes how PromptingBirds builds this framework and why it differs from generic training offerings.
Our seminar offerings at PromptingBirds stand out due to our specialized training concept. We understand the diversity and uniqueness of the challenges each participant faces in their daily work with AI tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot. That’s why we offer a combination of general and subject-specific AI training, complemented by a particular focus on individual use cases. This allows us to address the specific needs and scenarios of each individual.
Our online trainings are designed both to impart broad knowledge and to explore individual use cases in breakout rooms with specialists. In our group seminars, which are intentionally limited to a maximum of 12 participants, we place great emphasis on supporting each participant individually and addressing their personal challenges and use cases. This individual seminar concept requires experts — accordingly, we rely on specialized and experienced trainers in the PromptingBirds team.
In a technological working world currently being disrupted by artificial intelligence, superficial knowledge of AI tools is no longer enough. It’s about understanding and internalizing the application and possibilities of prompting so deeply that you can eventually respond automatically to new situations in everyday work.
That’s why, alongside our personal on-site and in-house training, we accompany the introduction of AI frameworks and tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot with weekly individual and group coaching, in which individual challenges and experiences can be directly raised and discussed.
Our formats „Prompts of the week“ & „AI Newsticker“ further support this approach and encourage continuous engagement with AI tools, prompting and Microsoft 365 Copilot. Ultimately, this makes it possible to keep an overview of the rapidly growing AI universe and its possibilities. Our goal: that the creative and effective use in everyday work, as well as the integration of functional updates, becomes a natural, instinctive ability.
Many of our customers wonder how they can shape the AI transformation process in their company or within their team sustainably and successfully. Our AI training for executives addresses this question specifically. In addition to an AI specialist, this training also offers expertise in the associated change management.
We also rely on the „Train the Trainer“ approach to ensure that knowledge about AI frameworks and tools is deeply anchored and broadly distributed within the company. Here, individual participants are not only trained and provided with training materials, but also empowered to pass on their acquired knowledge within the company. This fosters not only a wider dissemination of expertise but also strengthens the internal competence and personal responsibility of employees.
External training creates knowledge. Internal multipliers create culture. Anyone who wants to anchor AI competence in the company for the long term must combine both.
The train-the-trainer approach is an integral part of the PromptingBirds concept — and can be applied independently of any specific tool. Selected employees are trained in a targeted way so that they can pass on AI knowledge in a subject-specific manner, identify new application scenarios and act as an internal point of contact. In practice, these are often particularly motivated users, IT-savvy colleagues or change managers who already fill bridging roles within the company.
The result of this approach: AI adoption becomes an internal competence — not a permanent dependence on external trainers. This protects the training investment and scales without proportionally rising external costs.
No single training format fits every company. The PromptingBirds training concept is designed to be format-neutral — it can be delivered fully online, as on-site in-house training, or in a hybrid model. The format decision follows the company structure, not a standard offering.
