3 building blocks for your success

The QCG-funded “AI Enabler” AI training consists of three modules that enable practical knowledge, directly applicable prototypes, and real transformation within your company.

Building block 1: AI competence

Imagine using artificial intelligence as naturally as email or Excel. In this module, you develop a fundamental understanding of artificial intelligence, LLMs, and tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or automation with AI. Through best-practice insights from real projects, you learn how to use AI meaningfully in your day-to-day business – e.g. for texts, data, or decisions.

Building block 2: AI prototyping

In the “AI Prototyping” module, you turn theoretical know-how into measurable results. Together, we identify use cases, build functional prototypes, and integrate them seamlessly into existing processes – entirely without endless IT loops. You learn to combine low-/no-code tools, APIs, and automation platforms in such a way that a good idea becomes a productive AI service within just a few days.

With change management frameworks, leadership training, and clear governance guardrails, you turn isolated successes into a sustainable competitive advantage.

The next steps with us

Free consultation

In a 30-minute video call, we look at your individual use cases so that you can immediately see where AI offers the greatest leverage in your company. Together, we review your funding options and decide whether the AI Enabler training is the right fit for you.

Consultation with the Employment Agency

Before you submit the application, a consultation with the Employment Agency (Agentur für Arbeit) is required. During the meeting, you discuss which training programs are eligible for funding, how high the subsidies for your company will be, and which documents are required to submit the application.

Funding application & registration

Together, we prepare all the documents for the Employer Service of the Employment Agency – from the employee questionnaire to the justification of the qualification need. You upload the application online, we reserve the course places for you without obligation, and we support you with any follow-up questions from the BA (Federal Employment Agency).

Start the training & secure subsidies

Once approved, you sign the training contract and your employees begin the training – up to 100% course costs and a 75% wage cost subsidy come directly from the BA (Federal Employment Agency). We take care of the proof of participation and the final billing, and at the end you receive a recognized certificate for your employees.

Frequently asked questions about the QCG-funded AI training

These FAQs answer the most important questions about PromptingBirds’ QCG-funded AI training. They are aimed at companies, HR managers, and executives who want to systematically build up AI skills while taking advantage of government funding opportunities. Here you will find concise information on the process, funding, content, and benefits of the training.

The German Qualification Opportunities Act (Qualifizierungschancengesetz, QCG) supports vocational training in companies with subsidies toward course and wage costs when employees take part in recognized training programs. This allows training investments to be reduced considerably and strengthens internal AI know-how.

Absolutely. Our GenAI trainings are aimed at both specialist departments and executives as well as IT teams. No prior technical knowledge is required – the focus is on application, understanding, and responsible use.

First, a no-obligation initial consultation takes place to clarify your training needs. After that, we jointly check whether your measure is eligible for funding and, if necessary, submit an application through the Federal Employment Agency. Once approved, the employees start the training.

Companies benefit from:

  • Funding of up to 100% of the course costs and up to a 75% wage cost subsidy.
  • Building internal AI experts instead of relying on external consultants.
  • Direct implementation of use cases and measurable results during the course.

The program is aimed at companies of any size that want to train their employees in the use of AI tools and implement AI projects independently. Teams that want to build up AI competence internally and integrate it into business processes benefit in particular.

Unlike classic online courses, the QCG training combines learning with practical implementation: participants develop real AI prototypes, integrate tools into workflows, and work on transformation strategies, all while making use of funding.

Each of the three modules spans about six weeks (100 h), and the training takes place fully remotely to allow flexibility and low organizational hurdles.
