On November 1st, Microsoft 365 Copilot is launching. This new feature has the potential to change how businesses work and talk to each other. But how can businesses use it best and make the change smoothly?
Even with all its cool features, many users don’t always see all the things 365 Copilot can do. This isn’t a tech problem, it’s a human one. People have habits and these habits can make it hard to start using new tools.
Here’s an example from our daily work: “Grouping online Post-its”
A while ago, we ran an online workshop. Eight people made around 120 Post-its on miro, a cloud workshop tool. With ChatGPT, we can now group these Post-its in a few seconds, instead of spending 30 minutes or more on it.
That’s a waste of at least 4 hours for 8 people.
Some people at the workshop had used ChatGPT before but just didn’t think to use it this time. That’s totally normal!
Because, for centuries, evolution has trained us to stick to our habits. This can be good, but in a world that’s changing fast because of technology, it can slow us down.

Introducing 365 Copilot with champions – our PromptingBirds way
We also help companies start using 365 Copilot. We give advice on how champions (people who help others) can support the change. Champions are super important when starting with 365 Copilot. We have special training and coaching to help these champions help their coworkers.
Plus, we provide lots of advice to help businesses plan how to use Microsoft 365 Copilot. With the right help, setting it up can be easy and smooth.
Our thoughts as Microsoft 365 Copilot experts
While Microsoft 365 Copilot has a lot to offer, it’s people that make it work. With good training and a solid plan, businesses can get the most out of this tool and stay ahead of competitors. That’s what we need to focus on.
