What to expect in how the sprint is conducted?

The training is designed to be remote, consisting of several online sessions with a trainer. Between sessions, your team will perform self-led preparation work. Onsite training can be arranged upon request. The sprint can be conducted in German or English. During live sessions, we use Miro and MS Teams, or another video chat platform of your preference. Our training follows an “on the job” approach, meaning you learn by trying out and exercising on your own processes and workflows. What is the time commitment?

The AI Use Case Sprint is designed to be completed in approximately two weeks. You should allocate 16 hours for workshops and an additional 4 hours for preparation and follow-up work between sessions.

The AI workshops and learning materials are hosted on our learning platform. Live sessions are conducted via MS Teams, and during the course, we utilize Miro and GenAI Apps like ChatGPT or Copilot.

How Copilot is changing the world

The trainers' high level of flexibility is particularly noteworthy, as it made it much easier to get started with the topic of AI. The goal was to provide an overview of the world of AI, and that was achieved: I learned a lot and, above all, I now have a good understanding of what is currently important for my everyday work and what is not.

The course was extremely helpful and practical. Despite already using AI, I lacked a clear understanding of how AI can be meaningfully applied in the daily work of a Product Owner, for example, to better derive insights or to implement them more efficiently in daily tasks. Now, even my friends regularly ask me for my perspective and recommendations on AI.
