The AI Use Case Sprint is a two-week program designed to kickstart AI projects in your business. It helps your team:

  • Discover where to apply AI in your workflows
  • Create and validate three user-centered AI proof of concepts
  • Align AI solutions with your business strategy and customer needs

Built on Google Design Sprint principles, this program focuses on improving work processes with AI, tailored specifically to your business needs. It’s the ideal starting point for teams wondering how to effectively integrate AI into their operations.

By the end of the sprint, you will:

  • Create 3 user-centered AI prototypes or proof of concepts
  • Reduce the risk of failed AI projects with validated ideas
  • Gain a common understanding of AI’s potential in the context of your business goals
  • Secure buy-in from stakeholders and future users

The training is designed to be remote, consisting of several online sessions with a trainer. Between sessions, your team will perform self-led preparation work. Onsite training can be arranged upon request. The sprint can be conducted in German or English. During live sessions, we use Miro and MS Teams, or another video chat platform of your preference. Our training follows an “on the jobapproach, meaning you learn by trying out and exercising on your own processes and workflows. Brace yourself for a fast-paced, high-energy, and fun training experience!

The AI Use Case Sprint is ideal for:

  • Teams with manual workflows, especially in Marketing, Sales, HR, Internal Communication, and Customer Support.
  • Internal IT service and consulting teams, including in-house consulting and process automation units.
  • Shared services center teams handling operational tasks such as accounting, HR, IT, and compliance.
  • Startups and public organizations looking to explore AI applications to enhance efficiency.

The AI Use Case Sprint offers a fast, structured, and collaborative approach to developing AI solutions. It reduces the risk of failed AI projects by validating ideas and ensures that the solutions are tailored to your specific business needs.

No previous facilitation experience is required to enroll in this AI Use Case Sprint. Throughout the sprint, you will learn fundamental GenAI and Process Automation skills and receive actionable use case solutions and applicable methods and templates. If you are more experienced, this program offers an excellent opportunity to deepen your skills, connect with your team, and add new tools and techniques to your skillset. If you’re unsure if this program is right for you, feel free to schedule a course demo with us.

The process is divided into two main phases:

Week 1: AI Opportunity Mapping & Problem Framing, and Concept Development. This includes identifying valuable AI opportunities and developing solution concepts.

Week 2: Tech-Check and Report & Pre-Prototype Planning. This involves assessing technical feasibility and planning for the prototype or hackathon.

Your team will be actively involved throughout the sprint. They will participate in workshops, meetings, and development sessions to ensure the AI solutions are aligned with your business goals and are practically implementable.

The AI Use Case Sprint is designed to be completed in approximately two weeks. You should allocate 16 hours for workshops and an additional 4 hours for preparation and follow-up work between sessions.

How Copilot is changing the world

The trainers' high level of flexibility is particularly noteworthy, as it made it much easier to get started with the topic of AI. The goal was to provide an overview of the world of AI, and that was achieved: I learned a lot and, above all, I now have a good understanding of what is currently important for my everyday work and what is not.

Dunja Wolf

Haufe / Lexware

The course was extremely helpful and practical. Despite already using AI, I lacked a clear understanding of how AI can be meaningfully applied in the daily work of a Product Owner, for example, to better derive insights or to implement them more efficiently in daily tasks. Now, even my friends regularly ask me for my perspective and recommendations on AI.

Nazrin Davidashvili

Head of Product & Delivery | Mobilezone Deutschland

The workshop offered me great added value. We started at a high level, and the participants and their individual questions were addressed very well. Since then, my work with Microsoft Copilot has become significantly more efficient. The deeper understanding of prompting and communication with AI was particularly valuable. As a result, I have been able to noticeably and sustainably increase my productivity.

A workshop that truly stuck in my memory: individual, practical, interactive and absolutely solution-oriented. No standard slides, but real work on my own use cases. The additional coaching afterwards was a real added value.

The workshop was very practical and valuable. I learned how to use Copilot efficiently and developed a good basic understanding of AI, prompting, and relevant frameworks. The insights into Microsoft 365, the comparison of different AI models, and Andreas's clear explanation of the big picture and concrete use cases were particularly helpful.
